PLA: 1.24 g/cm³, ABS: 1.04 g/cm³, PETG: 1.27 g/cm³, TPU: 1.21 g/cm³. Use 1.24 for standard PLA.
How do I find model volume?
Most slicers (Cura, PrusaSlicer) report model volume in the print statistics. You can also use CAD software.
Does infill really save that much material?
