What is a head table?
A head table is a reserved table for VIPs, the wedding party, or speakers. Enter the number of seats reserved for the head table separately.
How is the room area estimated?
The room area estimate includes space for the tables plus circulation space (about 2.5× the table footprint). This is a minimum estimate — venues may require more.
Which table type should I choose?
Round tables encourage conversation and are common for weddings. Rectangular tables are efficient for banquets and conferences.
