Domande Frequenti

Who counts as a promoter?
Respondents who rate the product 9 or 10 on the 0–10 scale. Detractors are 0–6, and the rest (7–8) are passives.
Why is world-class set at 70?
NPS above 70 is very rare — only customer-obsessed companies like Apple, Tesla or Sberbank Premium reach it over time.
Are passives useful?
Yes — they are vulnerable to competitors. Converting passives to promoters has the biggest leverage on your overall NPS.
