Questions fréquemment posées
Why only 6 focused hours?
Industry research (McKinsey, Microsoft) shows knowledge workers have about 4–6 hours of truly focused time per day; the rest is meetings, context switches and admin.
How should I set velocity?
Use the average of the last 3–5 completed sprints. Discount any sprints with unusual absences or scope changes.
Why divide velocity by 2?
Most teams calibrate velocity on a two-week sprint. This formula rescales linearly — if your sprint is 3 weeks, plan for 1.5× the baseline velocity.
